Poor Neglected Torch

I did finally go out and fire up the poor neglected torch. It always feels so good to be out in the studio playing with glass, but...it feels so good that I tend to overdo it and pay the price in pain. Not sure that today will be any different, but I do know that I have regained some of my strength. I'm waiting for the kiln to cool...it has some leaves and some of the flower implosions, but I have a feeling it's going to take some practice to get back into the groove. I have a couple of things to fuse as well...just doing some random nightlights. Okay, maybe I really did overdo it.

I have been having fun with the microscope slides, and the seed beads. I think this is my new favorite....

but I do like the eyeball bead in this one as well.

These are small-each is a one inch square...well, almost square.
